Rental of the upstairs: (Club Area) (maximum 99 people) for the day (maximum 4 hours)

NOTE: A damage deposit of $100.00 must be paid prior to all rentals.
The rented facility must be cleaned by 12:00 P.M. of the following day, at which time a Member of the Executive will
meet to return the damage deposit and collect the key. The facility should look as it did upon arrival including removal of all garbage bags, empties etc.Should there be any damage to the facility or the property or should any cleaning personal be required to attend to any damage, the deposit will be deducted accordingly.
NOTE: Fountain pop will be supplied by Tyndall Curling Club and is available at an additional charge of $35.00 per tank or $20.00 per half tank. If fountain pop is required an Executive Member must be informed prior to the rental. Any serving dishes,cutlery,plastic cups, ice, garbage bags, etc. shall be supplied by the renter.
